First time visit, and it was a lovely experience. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful with the menu. Lovely family atmosphere. Coffee was really good as was our breakfast. Would recommend and will be returning.
The BEST coffee in Surrey by far! (Actually the best coffee I’ve ever had in a cafe). Not surprised they won the Best Cafe in Surrey Middy Stillettos award because it’s true :)
They are great value for money (cheapest cafe in horsell but also the best quality food) - also their brownies, blondies and cakes are to die for!! Can’t get enough of them, all homemade.

I've known Nuno for years and we used to work in a restaurant together. He has set cafe Primo up through his own hard work, dedication and determination. It is great. The coffee is superb, impeccable service and lovely produce. Cannot recommend highly enough. Steady flow of people and plenty of parking dotted about.
Visited today with our daughter and son-in-law after them raving about it all the time. We were not disappointed. Fabulous food, good coffee and very yummy cakes and brownies. Really friendly and welcoming staff too. Will definitely be back 🙂

Little cafe in Horsell village, limited seating outside. Pleasant surroundings coffee generally good. Cappuccino does vary according to personal taste.
Love this so much. Staff are very friendly, manager is great, so helpful. Plenty of seating (as it's summer, there is seating outside front and back). Good choice of food. This is well worth a visit.
I've been going to Cafe Primo for great coffee and fantastic food for eight years on and off whilst i've been living in and out of the area. Needless to say there is always a very warm welcome, a great selection of food and cakes and fantastic drinks.
There is not a more hard working small business owner I've come across who is supported by great staff who take the time to get to know their customers. For as long as I am in the area, Primo will be the only place I go to get my coffee. I'd give 6/5 if possible. Keep up the great work and thanks for everything!

Perfect every time...customers treated so well.....coffee turkey Italian.....good menu and carefully prepared. Never disappointed - apart from when you can't get a seat immediately from being so busy! Well done Cafe Primo- keep going with your customer service, it's excellent !!

Fab coffee, great food, good service by friendly staff
It is a small place but there is plenty of seats there are chairs and tables outside, so there is room. The coffee is strong but will do a more milky coffee if you wish, the fruit cake is tasty. Staff are very nice. It is worth a visit.
