The staff at Costa Goldsworth park are just LOVELY!!! No matter how busy they get they’re always polite and smiling. Today they went out of their way to help me and my 2 little girls after I spilt my coffee! They were so kind it bought tears to my eyes! Thank you!!!! The coffee and food is always great. We’ll keep coming back! xx

A visit to Costa is always a treat for my family. We love our local Costa. The baristas are amazing. The location is great for a walk around the lake and a play in the park. The venue is clean and relaxing.
Fantastic service, it was busy but I didn’t feel rushed, professional, knowledgeable and above all smiled. The coffee was good, the place clean, and I even got table service without asking, ( I have trouble carrying things)
The two guys on service were called James and Jack, well done guys!!!!!
It's quite a busy and noisy Costa but there's seating outside which is quieter or you can get a take away and walk a couple of minutes to a bench by Goldsworth Park lake which us lovely.
I like using Costa Coffee and was pleased when opened up a shop just around the corner from where I live. The opening almost clashed with the Covid pandemic. It's a nice spacious cafe with comfortable seating. Lots of outside seating infront of the little playground for toddlers to use

My nan and I had a lovely latte each. Plenty of seats and good service. Polite lady brought it over to us. I guess it depends what time you come here. Come on customers it’s not like it’s fine dining. Give the staff a break. If you have a problem tell them.
A very convenient coffee shop in this neighbourhood is very helpful. I was initially surprised that it appears to be busy as you can get a free coffee at Waitrose.
There’s one guy that works here, making the coffee that is such a lovely guy. I can’t remember his name but he’s always fast and efficient.
