16 century building with seating area also on first floor. Short walk to Wokingham station. Good cup of tea and sandwich.
Nice little coffee/sandwich shop/deli at the end of the main street and close to Wokingham Borough Council.
Good coffee in recyclable cups (but not big measures).
Sandwiches are great, with quality bread.
There's a little room upstairs so you can eat in, as well as takeaway.
Recommended.
They produce the 'Double Crusty'. This is a huge crusty roll containing bacon, sausages and fried egg with the sauce of your choice. Truly this is Wokingham's gift to the world. And the coffee is good too. They could do with improving the upstairs area. But it's still great for a cafe.
The food was to DIE for. I ordered the hot chicken wrap with sweet chilli chicken avocado, jalapeƱo and salad. All served in a wrap and cooked in a Panini press. First time ever been here, walk past every single morning to get to work. The glass was so shiny I had to get down to almost knee height to see through so I could chose my ingredients! Really yummy, not tight on filling, bread nice and fresh and felt totally welcome
Simply the best UK style breakfast I have ever had without it being a fry up. Great old days decor, definitely a treat to the senses early morning. I'm not old, but this took me back to the 70s or alike!

I stopped for breakfast nearly every morning during my stay in Wokingham. A variety of food made fresh and friendly staff. Additional seating upstairs.
Amazing sandwich. Friendly service and beats that mass made quick grab rubbish and loyalty card too, nice touch.
They make sandwiches and wraps to order. Very good selection of fillings
