We had the full English breakfast with toast and waffle your way. It was soo delicious and everything tasted fresh. If you can't handle spice, don't get the peri peri sauce. The cappuccino was nice as well, I'm really picky, but I loved everything here. Love it xx
This is my 3rd visit here. And I must say the food as always was amazing. But what I love about this place is the atmosphere it’s so warm and welcoming and the staff go out their way to give you the best dining experience.will be visiting again.
We went in for some lunch and the service was fantastic. Oliver took our order which was a bit more complicated than his usual I'm sure due to multiple allergies but it was no hardship for him and he easily put our order through 😊 Charlotte our server was fab ensuring the allergen meals got to the c
Had a lovely meal, even though it was busy when I visited the food came out fairly quickly and the customer service was excellent from Beth and all the other staff. The food quality was great we had the Thursday offer which was a free starter or main with a super special meal. All of which was at a
Visited just after 2pm, lovely lady called Stacey served us our food. Very polite and friendly, food was hot and fresh I ordered 2 fish and chips and tbh it came out very quickly but very good quality too. Nice to relax with some food and a glass of jds after a few hours shopping!! Thank you Stacey
Had the mega breakfast to see if it really was mega. It was. Really nice food, a huge amount of food but done well. Nice service and worth a visit. Can't really comment on atmosphere as I was there before midday and it was quiet. Would come back if in the area again.
Meal medioca, (Chicken New Yorker) had better, bacon wafer thin and not cooked as much as I'd like, fries chewy rather then crispy, meal did come out quickly but I was halfway through my meal when my drink arrived. Might eat here again if in the area.
Nice atmosphere, it's relaxing and comfortable, Their service is fantastic it's clean n tidy. And the food is great. The staff is brilliant too polite ☺️
Quite quiet when we visited, but was early doors on a Monday. Had a Guinness, V & T and ordered scampi chips and beans, steak and riddles pie, chips and peas. Both meals were lovely- but the steak abd are pie was to die for - big, lots of steak and gravy, crispy pastry- 😋. Charlotte our server was s
Great value food in my opinion, especially for the area (close to train station). Big portions and high quality. Only issue was the chicken I ordered on a sizzling plate was burnt in some areas due to the heat.
The Sunbeam is Located by the train station and grand theatre. It's a nice comfortable place with a relaxed atmosphere. It has a wheelchair accessible entrance. It is well furnished and clean .There is a large food and drinks menu. The food was tasty and didn't take long to be served.Staff are very
This was my first introduction to black pudding, which I ordered alongside the full English breakfast. It was delicious! Love the food and the relaxed atmosphere, as well as the nice view of the city outside. Staff was friendly and the whole place was cozy.
Lovely food had breakfast and Sunday dinner was amazing 2 Sunday dinner for £15 awesome value
Situated right next to the train station, a handy place to stop and eat while you wait. Very clean on the inside and out, with friendly and welcoming staff. Prices are reasonable and food is served quickly, great stuff.
Was there during a quiet period. The food was nice and the portions were OK. Worked out about £10 a head for main and a drink so not too bad.
Had a lovely time here having a meal with my partner. Staff were friendly and were happy to help as my meal was missing an item. It's a little run down, some of the chairs are ripped or cracked in the booths but overall it's a nice pub.
