I see lot of negative reviews, however, after our visit to Tesco we went to eat here and had a pleasant experience. The store was cleanest among the other KFC stores I visited recently. The food was hot and fresh, the staff served the food at table, everything was good. Will visit again.
I got off on the wrong foot with Matt who was serving me. I had a large order and was annoyed that the App was dysfunctional!! However, I'm glad it was because there is nothing like personal service. Matt, spent time working out the best deal for me (I was feeding 14ppl)!!! he also applied a very generous discount whilst we enjoyed a laugh and joke.
The order was ready as soon as I paid. I really appreciated Matts customer service and the way that he so professionally dealt with my, (out of character for me, btw) initial not so polite approach.
I returned a couple weeks later for much of the same and was delighted to once again receive a five star service from Matt.

This has been renovated . Really nice inside, more welcoming than before. I tried the special, teriyaki burger with pickle, it was utterly delicious!

had to say THANK YOU to HAMZA for his kind assistance, with my order. He works at KFC Penn Road. I had to call him twice before for a recommendation which also worked out very well and which as a mother I very much appreciate because my family were more that satisfied.
The KFC App has at times 'forced' me to select the Bushbury branch which I politely decline until I am able to choose Penn Road.
I have relocated all over Wolverhampton but always drove to Penn Road to get KFC fix - many, many years before being able to order online.
I appreciate this Penn Road KFC branch because they go above and beyond basic service, so even in these dire times, I do not mind parting with my hard earned cash.

Fast service but the fries were tepid not hot. The chicken was ok but very greasy.
Food cooked fresh, especially when eating in, service not the fastest but nice and friendly.
KFC was busy but went in instead of waiting in que for driving be thru got served right away food was great check order before leaving as they missed corn on the cob off but went back in and they gave us extra. We had the 16.99 sharing bucket. Sorry guys you will have to make the American biscuits yourself as KFC don't sell them anymore. Bring back biscuits and the festive fries please KFC. Luckily my momma knows how to make them.
