The food is really good and large portions. But the service is abit slow for a fast food chain. They are obviously understaffed and have raised prices. I blame bad management for focusing on profits only as the staff are nice but are tired and overworked it shows.
chicken and rice meal was a good portion, rice was slightly dry and flavourless but the sauce saved it. Chips were good, but overall service can be faster next time.
I’ve be coming here for years the chefs cook food to perfection the staff are extremely polite and well manner a part from a middle age women who takes your order or cleans the table. She is so bloody rude and unprofessional. I’ve witnessed her on many occasions discipling the chefs in-front of members of the public. She has always been polite with me until today. She may have been having a bad day…( I get it). But she was so rude to me in front of my daughter and members of public.

Very good service and kind young bloke handled a rush of customers that had come from Alexandra palace very well with efficiency and a smile. Great veggie burger despite the size of tomato. Smashing chicken burger and chippies. Great late night visit on a Tuesday night.

Even though it was 2 o’clock in the morning she was lovely patient and delivered impeccable customer service. We would 100% percent recommend it. Natalia deserves a raise for being as lovely as she was in that difficult hour! Food was amazing as well boys did a great job!

New at Wood Green. £5 for a meal deal good. Lemon and herb is my favourite.
I look forward to a late night meal because of pepe’s. I order from here at least once a week, and everything I’ve tried on the menu is delicious. My favourite I must say is the rice box!
My first time at Pepe's in Wood Green. I had the chicken breast in a bap with lemon and herb dressing and fries. The young lady serving was friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed. And the food was awesome. Definitely returning...
