L'antipasto

The service made this experience stand apart. My host Paul (important to note as he made me feel like a valued guest) was attentive and extremely helpful. I hadn’t a chance to look at the menu and asked for the house red. It was affordable and quite lovely. In the interim I picked the burrata and prosciutto for my quick lunch. Served with complimentary fresh bread, Mixed olives and aged cheese. It was so simple and delicious. One thing I noticed is that the waiters knew quite a few patrons by name and they trusted them with recommending favoured wine, really quite impressive. Surely that should be an indication of the level of effort that goes into each table. Paul made just the right amount of trips to the table, senses anything I needed. It was a lovely experience. I finished off my meal with nonna’s torte and a espresso. Perfect cap off to my lunch. Thanks again, will see you soon.

Food is very good but drinks are very pricey. Be careful what you accept as they come around frequently with drinks and coffees without you ordering so you kind of think its a free offering until you see your bill. $$$$$. The waiters are super nice though and have a real knack for getting you to order more than you may want. I ordered the striploin with pear and pinapple and I found the steak tough. The calamari app was excellent however.
