Emily's Bakery

The pastries all taste great. The reason for my low rating is the environment. The stores says mask mandate but the boss is not wearing one. He's demanding on the workers but not doing anything himself. His workers seem miserable and all look dead in the eyes. I went into the store for 5 minutes and it was obvious how depleted of life the workers looked. One literally expressed how terrible they were feeling. No matter how good the pastries taste, I would never come back.

I was in here last week with my son. He wanted a sweet treat and figured this place was a good option. There was one lady working running around like crazy while the owner just stood keeping watch. After waiting 15+ mins to get a pastry or have some type of acknowledgment we gave up and left. Lesson learned. I would not recommend then place.

This review is about Jessica, the baker at Emily's Bakery. She was an absolute star for bringing the vision for my son's communion reception dessert to life! She went out of her way to create the perfect mini apple pies with dulce de lecce for my son who did not want a cake. This was no easy feat as many other bakers/shops told me it was just too much of an ask. She made sure we got freshly baked, artisan crafted and tasty pies fresh out of the oven the day of the celebration. She was kind and thoughtful and charged a fair price. I totally recommend her!

This is an Italian bakery offering meals and pizzas, specialty coffees, deli items, bread products and a variety of pastries and baked goods. They have sitting area and informal, relaxed atmosphere. The servers are very helpful and friendly. A lot of free parking just in front of the bakery. A relaxed place to have coffee and pastries which are much better than the offerings st the large coffee chains.

My husband wanted to try some doughnuts from this place. He bought 4, and this were the worst doughnuts I ever tried. They looked good but as soon as I took the first bite I knew they were at least a day or two old, they were so hard and obviously felt very greasy because they were old. They felt like I was biting on a couple of days old bun. At least they should have let my husband know they were old and decide if he wanted to buy them or buy something else. Really bad customer service.
