Drove through around 6pm Friday May 20 and ordered a chicken craveable sandwich and coffee. The lettuce in the sandwich was brown. Cut down my appetite instantly

Still doesn't open until 6am or later.
THIS IS NOT A 24 HOUR STORE AS I AM STANDING OUTSIDE AT 6AM AND THE DOORS ARE LOCKED. This store NEVER opens when they are suppose to and the rare time they do they only open the drive thru and ignore unlocking the front doors to those that don't drive. They will even direct pedestrian customers to walk through the drive thru. Always ignore mobile orders. Pathetic.

Quality isn’t consistent, I have been to several locations of the owner of this Tim Horton. This is the second time I have ordered Boston Creme donut and there has been very little filling or no filling.
This is a chain donut shop, I’ve been to dozens and dozens and never have gotten one empty as I have from this owners stores.
Poor quality control from these stores.
Update: I went to this Tims again just this week at 5:30a.
Was told at this time in the morning “No Food”.
This is a stand alone store and they didn’t have any food at 5:30a.
To me this is unacceptable, I’m not sure how these stores are managed, but I find this a complete dis-service to their costumers.
I did not purchase anything, this owner does not deserve my money.

Whenever I go there their food is fresh and delicious. The place is very clean and tidy. Their customer service is just amazing and they always make sure that I get the order I want.

The slowest Tims I have ever been to. Unfortunately I live close so this location is convenient, but they are unreasonably slow. If the lineup is long, I don’t bother. With 5-6 cars in the drive through, you can wait 20 mins. They don’t react to mobile orders until you are there waiting for 5+mins, then say “oh what’s your order” ? The whole point is to have it ready. Recently, the drive through scanner wasn’t working (they discovered during my order) so they couldn’t scan my points or my Tim’s card for payment. They offered no solution, no apology, no sympathy, just told me I “had to pay with cash” and had “no choice”. They are never apologetic and often rude. I wrote this entire review while waiting in the drive through with 3 cars ahead of me. I ordered a tea and there was no large order ahead of me.

I ordered a large double double coffee and cashier pressed wrong button on screen and went to $2.42 for the large drink. I asked what’s up with the price and she started to yell at me. After she acknowledged she made a mistake she corrected herself and she still proceeded to yell at me. Unprofessional staff.

I had online order of 2 Ice-caps and they served me 2 cups with broken lids & old melted icecaps that i think were sitting in the fridge for hours. The Ice-cap tasted disgusting and was so liquidly.
THIS LOCATION needs to have their employees trained and/or replaced for the sake of its customers and business.

Very disappointing service. Cleanliness was totally not there. Had to ask for 2 tables to be cleaned. We were so turned off of the dirtiest of the place that I couldn't eat my sandwich so we left. Definitely not going there again. "Shoppers World Plaza Tim Hortins"
