Teriyaki Experience

Owner (who is only one working always ) is the cashier cook and prep. Was rude and condescending to customers before me , and when I gave him my order , I asked if he could wash his hands as he was touching everything , raw chicken, cash , cash register etc. He refused to and answered with did you want me to shower too? When he finally "washed his hands " he just turned the tap with his hands and just used water and wiped it off on his shirt. Which is a public health violation and he is proboblly even more cross contaminated after doing that. Long story short , if you are handling and preparing food , & being a cashier that is already a problem. Secondly you are preparing and handling people's food , NO EXCUSE TO BE DIRTY and be arrogant when somebody brings it up to your attention that's not how you treat your customers. 2 customers also agreed with me and told me they would never return. Of course I asked for a refund, Completely arrogant condescending and dirty human , no way I will eat from there.

I 100% disagree with Alex Forward's review below with this place not being clean and staff not understanding English. This is the best location I have been to from Scarborough all the way to Mississauga. Very generous portion, extra teriyaki sauce without asking, very friendly service always, very clean and their English is just fine. It does get busy sometimes and you have to wait, but that's because they're really good here in every way. Thank you guys for very tasty food and very clean friendly service.

Japanese-inspired flavorful fast food prepared before you! You get fresh ingredients; piping hot, prepared on a teppanyaki iron grill. I got the chicken with assorted vegetables protein bowl (keto inspired 😊) with hot/spicy sauce and miso soup. The interior is compact and clean with courteous friendly staff. My next visit will be their "hot & spicy chicken with yakisoba noodles.

Sometimes I think ordered from these places on skip the dishes allows for the cooks to provide inadequate food! Was very disappointed with my order. Chicken and shrimp was severely under done and the rice was soggy and tasteless! Almost like they put too much water in their rice cooker. Had to throw the entire meal away after a few bites. Luckily I was able to get my entire money back. Won’t be ordering again.
