The lady on drive thru who was taking orders at 11:40 am 25 april was rude.. i just ask to stir the coffee well.., the reply was not courteous.. as everytime we have to go back and get it stirred…bad customer service..

a very busy drive-thru location. staff are on the ball. received quick service but only because I ordered ahead. Wi-Fi works but is very slow. reduced seating due to covid. not a bad location for small groups.

It was a very dissappointing experience as they ask me and my friend to leave the dine in while still we were having our food. There was no one waiting to get that seat. But they asked as to leave from there. It was a very bad experience for us. As we haven't met which such an incident before. We are not in that place. It was the first time we came their and they totally screwed us. It was the worst experience that I have ever got from a Tim Hortons store. The waitress was impolite and dealt with us in a racistic mind. It was raining cat and dogs outside and they made us to leave the store. I was a big fan of Tim Hortons breakfast wraps and coffee and after this incident I am not more interested in having your food anymore.
