I cannot praise Leigh and his wonderful team enough. We sadly lost our father who lived in Woodhall spa, Leigh and his team were compassionate and professional and provided not only a wonderful array of buffet foods for over 50 people but ensured that everyone was looked after and nothing was too much trouble. We also stayed and ate a meal with family after the wake and the food was delicious and very reasonable. After such a sad day we stayed at the village limits and found our room to be very clean comfortable and well decorated. Thank you to Leigh and his fantastic team for making such a sad occasion one where we will remember being with family and friends celebrating the life of our father in a beautiful well thought environment.

Really lovely place to stay. Everthing you need in your room. Large comfy bed. You have your own front door onto the courtyard. Good breakfast, freshly cooked and very friendly staff and host. Great location. We love the Kinema in the Woods.

Lovely countryside Pub with rooms. Positioned just on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Woodhall Spa, famous for the Historic Dambusters, the Kinema in the Woods and exceptional golf course, Village Limits offered a great two night stay with breakfast at a very reasonable price. The rooms are well appointed with comfy bed, good facilities and ample parking. Breakfast was really good with plenty of options and locally sourced produce. Restaurant only serves till 8pm but is very popular, so it is best to book. Service was friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our one-night stay at Village Lines. Beautiful, comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom, pleasant bath and shower products, fluffy towels and flannel. Great tv. Ground floor, special blinds fitted so we could see out, no-one could see in. Delicious full English to our individual specification. Thanks to the very pleasant individuals on the staff. We were attending a reunion at the Petwood Hotel, so didn't have dinner in Village Lines. All good wishes for the future, we couldn't fault anything!

Really great food and service, only downside was not being allowed the WiFi code in the restaurant, apparently Its for staying guests only. I had a few work emails to do with limited reception so had to cut our meal short, apart from that all good.

Went for Sunday lunch and wasn't disappointed. Generous portions that we had one meal boxed up to take home. Good selection of drinks.

The staff went above and beyond for us during our stay this week. We have two young children, and we were kindly given a wonderful breakfast hamper for us to enjoy in our suite rather than disturb the other guests. Thank you so much for having us, and being so thoughtful.

When we arrived they were fully booked but the host was kind enough to accommodate us, all the food we ordered was absolutely delicious and I couldn’t ask for more, just a tip from me, don’t forget to try their amazing cream brûlée…

The food was lovely, it was served hot and fresh. There was a wait, ( about 25 mins) which we expected as it said on the menu food cooked fresh to order. I'd prefer to wait for freshly made food. The waitress was very friendly and helpful, asking if there was any condiments we'd like, and checking in to see if we were happy with the food. I liked that I could choose to order a smaller portion size, as I have a small appetite. I had the lasagne and it was delicious, the best I've had. My sister's had the salmon, and the fish and chips which they both enjoyed. I found it to be a very relaxed atmosphere with tasteful decor surrounding us. I would highly recommend this place and found the prices to be fair.

Only visited for a meal, didn't stay as hotel guest. Food was lovely. They give an option of smaller portions, which was fantastic as it meant I could have dessert for a change! Prices are reasonable and service was great. Nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
