I was very very impressed with the quality of the food here. Came to dine for a friend’s birthday, and as much as the overall look of the pub is a very standard pub look, the food in the restaurant area was exceptional! I had the creamy garlic mushrooms, and the steak. It was very good. The price

Good meal (fish & chips) and good service. Sat outside for our pre-meal drink, and had a nice walk down the neighbouring lane afterwards. Very nice afternoon out.
We were recommended to try Scrimshaws Restaurant, so decided to have a lunchtime date with my wife. Upon arrival, we were greeted by very friendly bar staff who seated us inside Scrimshaws. They have a very nice menu, where we ordered the duck and smoked salmon starters. Followed by chicken and hadd
