Always hearty homecooked style pub food, nice flavours and good portion sizes. Usually a good selection of beers on tap, always worth a visit. Dogs welcome inside as long as you're sat in front of the bar.
Popped in for impromptu light lunch with my friend after a visit to vets with her dog in Bournemouth.

Lovely pub with great food which is not too expensive. Limited menu but that's to be expected these days. Staff do need to put their phones away and pay attention to customers!

Mid week lunch with family. Lovely meals enjoyed by all. Very friendly, helpful and prompt service. Too hot to sit outside, so we sat inside. Lovely and cool with a relaxed atmosphere 😊

Great local New Forest pub. Friendly staff, nice outdoor seating area which is well lit up at night.

The pub is small but comfortable, the staff are friendly and give you time to choose your meal when you struggle to choose. There is a wide range of options food and desert wise to choose from. The pricing is prety fair for what you get due to the high quality of the meals served.

great place foe food second time I have eaten here and loved the food....great service and try the triple chocolate mousse....almost wept how good it is....
Nice staff, nice food, comfy warm pub. My only criticisms would be looked online at menus and was not what we were offered price wise..or choices. Saying that I would return .
Good food, friendly service. The only let down was the smell of bleach as soon as you walk in.
