A pleasant change from what it was about three years ago!
The quality and cleanliness have improved and baristas are helpful, fast and efficient.
Having said that the outside tables are left uncleared for a long time and that is let down.

Spacious place and always find a single table. Not too noisy which is good.
Quick service, cakes where fresh...slightly expensive but it is Costa, you should expect that...
The two girls on the counter were sooooo very helpful and friendly the coffee was good too.
This Costa is much like any other. It was quiet when we arrived (early Saturday evening) and staff were chatting but once we came up to order they were friendly and attentive. Really appreciate that they offer lacto-free milk as an option!

It's a Costa much like any other but they seemed friendlier somehow. When I was in there it was quiet. I suppose the most important part is the coffee though... I had a latte, not adventurous but it was good
This is without doubt the best run and best stocked Costa in reading Berkshire and with efficient friendly staff, they should be given a pay rise, absolutely brilliant 😃
Great range of items. Not just sandwiches- they do some pasta, breakfast items as well as great choice of cakes and coffee. Fabulous place to visit for a quick bite, or a chat with your friends without feeling rushed
