There's no "table service" but you can use the dining room. Order your pizza and pick it up at the counter. Get your own drinks at the soda fountain.

Ordered a large pizza that had hair in it (happens) and ended up not eating the pizza (obviously) and ordered something else. Called Marcos and they told me they would credit my account. A month later I go to take advantage of my credit and am told that there is a 5 dollar credit for a pizza that cost $18?? I’m guessing they were assuming that I was going to eat around the hair. Will not be ordering from here again.

Great pizza. Real fast service walk in for take out pick our item walk to end and pay and food is ready in minutes. Good cleaning and distancing employees mask and gloves.

I would give a zero, but I can't. After waiting 20 minutes past the approximated delivery time, I called. They told me that my order had been delivered. I told them, no ,you must have delivered it to the wrong unit. And turned out the driver did. Someone got free food! We told the kid at the store to put the charge back on my card.

We ordered 3 items on line. Delivery driver showed up an hour later with an empty bag and said they messed up the order and he just wanted to come by and let me know and he would be back with my order. 45 minutes later, I see where the store call my cell phone (leaving no message), so I called them and they said they wanted to be sure we did not get our order, to which I said no, we are still waiting. They said they could not locate our pizzas and were making them again. 30 minutes later they show up with 2 of the items and not the 3rd item. I called the store and asked for a manager and was hung up on. I called back and asked again for the manager told them not to hang up on me again. The manager apologized and gave me a credit for 1 of the pizzas and the item I did not receive. 5 days later, I order 2 items and got the credit applied. The girl who took my order wanted to know if no contact delivery in the garage was still valid and I said yes. The driver shows up and promptly comes to the front door and sits the pizza in front of the storm door on the porch, rings the doorbell and leaves. Had to force the door open because the pizza was blocking the door. Service is below mediocre and pizza is not the best. I don't plan on ordering from them again anytime soon, if at all.

Apparently, you cannot call and voice your concerns or else they’ll tell you to “stop calling because they are making pizzas”, so I am writing a review... We ordered ONE pizza which was late and incorrect. We were on a strict schedule, so we called to make sure the pizza was going to be correct and on time! They made the situation worse by being rude over the phone and being late a second time... I understand making slight mistakes, but it seems like this Marcos needs to invest a little more in their Human Resources...The person over the phone and driving back to get the correct pizza were two separate people and equally unimpressive. We were first time customers not that they needed to know that... First impressions are everything, and we won’t be going back. Good job Marcos on the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.
