Bojangles'

I'm honestly a big bojangles fan, especially on weekend mornings! But the truth is I don't go very much because this is the store near me. I've lived here 2 years and quickly learned you have to wait in a wrap around line for an hour if you want that Saturday morning biscuit. So i decided to go in the store and order to hear the employees complain that customers were exiting the long line to come inside and order. At least 10 cars drove away. In times like this that is very bad to see happen for a business and it's employees. Seems like a major lack of management and corporate needs to evaluate. Those 10 cars could be one employees daily wages, turned away because they don't want to pick up the pace and put some biscuits in a bag.

We had a huge order in the drive thru since we could not go in to order. I apologized and they said they were more than happy to help us. They never complained once send were very friendly. I really appreciated the fact that they did not make us feel like we were being annoying. Thank you again to the staff at Bojangles! Also, food was great!

This isn't the first bad experience I've had at this location. I always give second and third chances but the Woodstock location has continued to disappointed. I order my food through the drive thru around dinner time Monday. As I pulled to the window I paid as usual. Then the workers stood there joking around, eating candy, eating off of the line, and disappeared. About 6 minutes later they began to put my food together. There was no communication that it may take a moment or anything. Unfortunately my third try was a failure along with the first and second and will be a last at this location.
