Sugo Italian - Worcester - Photo album

Came here as a recommendation after it was raved however they didn't explain the layout or that you have to enter a pub first before going upstairs. This place is definitely not wheelchair accessible and any one with a disability or who struggles up stairs this place is not recommended which is a s
Had a lovely evening at SUGO Italian, both food and wine was lovely, portion sizes were very generous and the place had a great atmosphere. My only slight criticism, despite staff being very friendly, there wasn't much communication between them. For every course 2 members of staff checked on us, wh
Really good service, the staff were friendly. Good choice on the menu for vegetarians.
Gorgeous authentic spaghetti carbonara and lasagne. Side salads were disappointing and had no dressing.
Really amazing food! You might be put off by the rowdy pub underneath the restaurant (A victim of the pubs success - the beer is perfect!) but don't give up! The food is the best in Worcester by far. Truly authentic and incredibly tasty. I particularly recommend the parmesan baskets! The staff were
First time visit. What a find. Small and above nice old ready ale pub. Both the starter and the main excellent. Great friendly service. Driving so didn't get chance to try wine. Worcester selection of restaurants defo improving
Thoroughly enjoyed my evening here, small restaurant on top of a good pub. The food was really nice, simple, but very well cooked as Italian should be. Service was good. Wine list was very good, the Amerone red was a delight. Will be back.
Visiting Worcester we needed food, and was recommended Sugo by work colleagues. My wife and I were incredibly surprised by how authentic the food is. It's very well presented, incredibly fresh, staff were attentive, and covid safe. I cannot wait to revisit, it was a real highlight! Incredibly impres
Food was amazing! Authentic Italian food and great service. Can’t wait to go back!
MUST READ **visited on Saturday 5th June 2021: Honestly- Worcester has a few great Italian restaurants - most with a twist to satisfy the bellies of us brits - like our magnificent drive for "Spaghetti Bolognese". Joining the greats is Sugo - but with pure authentication in their food, it is far the
The food here was delicious with quick service and a friendly waiter. Went downstairs after for drinks where Ruben Seabright was playing an acoustic set which was an absolutely amazing. Very enjoyable night.
Absolutely delicious, authentic proper Italian early dinner for us. Accommodated an extra diner and served us the very best meal I have enjoyed in ages. Everything about sugo is wonderful.
A traditional real ale pub with an authentic Italian restaurant upstairs. There is an extensive bar menu of Italian food as well. I took an Italian chef there and he was very impressed with the true Italian cooking - not the anglicised versions we often get. E.g. the carbonara is not drowned in crea
Food was great, Table was upstairs on the first floor, noisy and very hot up there, air conditioning would have been so nice!!
Fantastic quality food in a cosy setting. Lovely and friendly staff, it's a pity we don't live nearer as just passing through on our way to Cornwall.
Intimate and cosy venue above the pub. Great quality food with a very family feel about the place. Highly recommend.
