Great food. Very friendly staff. And the Oreo Milkshake is amazing. No matter how full you are, try it! Will definitely be coming back, when we're in Worcester again.

Long wait. Very cold by the door. The burgers were very nice but the buns tasted a bit cheap. Drinks were fine. Service fairly good and friendly. Clean toilets. Families catered for. Good selection of sauces.
Not mega expensive but not cheap either.
We had a quick ladies lunch (with baby in pram) Dec 2. The staff could not have been nicer. A most efficient manager & a charming Italian waiter in a pink stripy shirt. The veggie burger was a bit lack lustre but my friend enjoyed her grilled chicken & the fries were excellent. The service made the experience.
I love GBK in general & this branch is particularly good.

Really good burgers. Was quite slow when we were there but half the grill was broken so hopefully not what it's normally like. Sneaky thing with GBK is burgers are really nice but quite small and don't come with chips or slaw, you need to add these as extras and it can get expensive.
Friendly staff. Lunch menu reasonably priced. Cooked fresh and 15 minute cooking time guarantee or return meal free .Milkshakes delicious but bit pricey . Burger buns broke up which was a shame. Burger and blue cheese combo delicious. Not my choice for evening out type meal but would return for lunch.
Quick, yet a stunning burger. Juicy and tasteful. I chose a guacamole and bacon double, and I asked for medium rare - and unlike most places that's what they delivered. A tad pricey hence the 4 stars. For two including drinks we paid £39... which for burgers is a little excessive.

We visited for dinner one week ago hamburgers are the best ever, meat mix made in kitchen no premixed supply. No problem for a gluten free burger and bun all set out clearly, we had 5 burgers cooked to order the cook and staff have a great business and they excel at their product I can thoroughly recommend this place.
Very good burger and pleasant staff. Not bad prices. Marked down a star only because it's a pretty noisy environment, mainly from the kitchen and serving area. Choose your seat wisely.
