Nice cafe, with a decent range of food. Nice place to sit and eat. Service can be not as friendly as you’d like from time to time, but yesterday (Sunday 13th August) there was a young lad with glasses who was absolutely excellent. Just put in that extra mile for us.
Absolutely loved my experience here, the staff who served me were lovely. Harry is brilliant and went above and beyond! He had plenty of time for us despite being swept off his feet, great lad.
So really sorry it is no longer open, I used to bring my grandson here every time I visited my daughter. He used contactless payment for the first time here and he was only 3. So many memories. Lovely food too
Friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere and lovely location. The food is reasonably priced and the cakes are delicious 😋 Environmentally friendly as well, extra marks for that 👍
Very pleasant place, but since all we bought was ice-cream, I can't say much about it.
Lovely cafe in the park. Decent prices and good choice of cakes. Nice to see the refill station for some detergents and Faith in Nature products. Tables are well laid out and it's dog friendly.
Super venue, great service. Wonderful coffee and cake.
Good for young children with the play area. Nice cakes and decent coffee but beware the £4.50 hot drink and cake deal. Ginger lemon and walnut cake plus a regular Americano today should have been top cheaper.....but proceeds go to a decent cause I guess.
Very convenient for a coffee and cake when walking the dog. Friendly staff and good choice of reasonably priced snacks.

The pump house is a great place to stop and have a cuppa. ..If you don't mind lots of children, it is very popular with young families with young children so during school holidays it gets very busy... The homemade cakes and other teatime treats are yummy. .dogs have their own water and place to sta
Very nice venue for cake and coffee, a tad expensive but good quality
Great place such cheerful service and good food. If you are looking to hire room for any event the upstairs room is ideal. I am part of a group called "United in knitting" that meet every Saturday at the Pump House. We had our post Christmas Party in the upstairs room. The room was laid out and set
Busy cafe and environment centre with lots of outdoor seating as well as indoors seating. Cakes, fresh coffee and tea, soft drinks, toasted teacakes and Bennett's Dairy local ice-cream available. There's also soup of the day (this was meat when I visited) and children's packed lunches. Parking avail
