Went for carvery on Easter Sunday and was not disappointed, carvery had a good range of meat and vegiterian options, as well as a really good range of vegetables. All of it was hot and looked / tasted fresh. The kids menu had enough on it to feed the kids and they were happy. While we did not eat
Great carvery, plenty of choice for vegetarians. I enjoyed the American IPA !
Very nice pub, dog friendly. Offers a carvery and a nice pint. I have eaten here before and it was very good. Although I'm not eating today. Deffo worth a visit
We had lunch to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. Service was great. We were made to feel very welcome. Our food was very tasty.
Wide open car park just off the main road. Easy to park. Pub entrance wide enough for wheelchairs and staff at reception desk really good. A minor hiccup over the online booking if a table was sorted by the manager who found a table for us. Our table server was lovely. She was open smiley and genuin
Took mom for lunch and it's so nice welcoming, food options good as I'm gluten free ,carvery is fabulous but will have to have childs plate next time as normal is to much will be back soon .
Table of 8 for octogenarian birthday. We were on the dark side. Noisy as busy and struggled re conversations. Service OK but nothing special. Food good but some of it lukewarm. Strange taste to brulee but should have chosen something else. My mistake. Service charge added but took off when asked.
Very nice atmosphere. Good accomodation and usua drinks, food, etc.
Great evening having a few drinks with friends. Manager and staff very friendly, and a special thanks to Ash and Ruby.

Everyone mentioned how good the chips were I was overall impressed with the food just felt my burger bun was over done for most of the company's liking, and our sticky toffee pu
We only popped in for a drink after a day out. It looks a lovely place. Food did smell very nice.
Beautiful fireplace, the best carvery and burger tasted flame grilled.
Well kept ale, excellent food and good service. A little quiet, but the open fire helped the atmosphere.
Fab Sunday dinner and a really friendly service. Couldn't ask for a better lunch!!
