Costa Coffee - Worcester - Photo album

Good location on the pedestrianised high street. Plenty of seating in a building much larger than it looks from the outside. It has an interesting view of the original building upstairs and views out across the street. The usual range of drinks and cakes.
➕Drink: Decent Hazelnut Latte ➕Food: Delicious and fresh cake ➕Music: Good and not loud ➕Air conditioning: Good ➕Not noisy ➕Staff hospitality: ok ➕Preparing Speed: good ➕Interior Design: Very good ➖Does not have outdoor space but that's fine cause it's too cold out there ➖Table Cleanness: could be
Really friendly staff. Lots of places to sit, even if it's a busy day - usually! Great selection of drinks to choose from and in a really easy location in the heart of Worcester.
Stopped for coffee on a Saturday morning. Really friendly staff and literally the best Cortado I've ever had. Really good to find a skilled barista who cares.
Using for the first time. This coffee shop is larger than it appears from the out. With comfortable seating and friendly staff. People can sit and enjoy hot and cold drinks with the option of adding sandwiches and cakes. Located on the main high street and easy access to shops.
The young men working were superb. We wanted our toast well done and they were very obliging despite being very busy. Great coffee, lovely environment. Thank you
Nice coffee and kind waitress. Sweet cakes are finger liking good
Absolutely lovely mum/ son duo serving today. Didn't wait long at all for our coffee's. Lost one star because we couldn't sit outside, as they took the tables in at 4pm.
Just been here today , guy made my drink within minutes and service was good . Always have a good experience when I go here .
Mads was so so lovely to be served by, and super helpful - wouldn’t have known that the marshmallows were vegan if she didn’t mention! i was super happy with my drink ~ the best oat hot chocolate I’ve had in a long while!! ☺️
Nice place to sit but the staff were kinda pushy, even though there was no queue.
Area is a bit crowded depending on the time and day you get there, they have some delicious cake. I love the atmosphere going on in there but overall on some of the downsides I’d say the place overall balances out nicely and had great food and alright staff so I’d say this deserves a 5 stars rating!
I went with 3 young persons 2 with autism and both boys said how amazing the staff were in talking to them and listening to them. There was a young lady and man and both friendly polite and efficient. Truly excellent staff and wonderful experience here today. Thank you.
Really interesting Costa in a medieval building - some original features, included. Decent view of the Guildhall. Friendly staff.
Good drink, and good snacks. A modest price at very low costs. Recyclable plastic cups make for an easier option.
Always good to get a latte and a sit down watching the busy world go by, really helpful and friendly staff it's a must for me.
