As far as McDonalds go, this is one of the better ones. Staff are usually friendly - the older lady with short hair is always lovely. Ice cream machine is rarely broken, which is a plus! Could definitely be a bit cleaner in places, and the toilets are often out of order.
This McDonald's is a bit small for my liking. Although the service was great. I ordered 20 nuggets here for my dinner. It was a bit busy that night maybe because it's Friday night and there are so many people out in town.
I ordered a double espresso. It was delivered to me in a timely fashion and tasted good.
Good choice for food. Friendly people.

Thankyou so much for the lovely ladies on the floor for putting the chargers on for me, especially when my phone was on 5% and my train got cancelled. Obviously I brought a drink and had a lovely chat with katie/Katy one of the staff members. Will deffo go back again

Good food but gets very busy in this Mcdonald as its the only one in the centre of wocester.
This was a lunch treat for our two granddaughters- we don't usually eat fast food. They were very quick to tell us what to order- which we did using the touch screen. All the food arrived together, was hot and tasty. It was a very busy lunchtime but we managed to find a table downstairs. We used the facilities to wash our hands before eating.
