I was served by Cam and Zara. Very good experience. They were both friendly and welcoming and served great coffee.

A few days ago I went to Starbucks in Worcester City Centre and with my clumsy hands I spilt my frappucino soon after buying it. Zara the barista came up to me and my husband after my little accident and cleaned up the mess and made me another frappucino on the house. She was very kind, communicative, helpful and just perfect.

Smooth easy process, the server named Lois, made my fussy coffee order seem straight forward. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Lovely clean location too.

Came in today and Charlie, Jake and Zara were behind the bar. All seemed so lovely and kind. My drink was perfect and great atmosphere.

My regular Starbucks. I use it pretty much every morning. Staff are always friendly even at 7 am. Never had a problem with an order.

Enjoyed a mango dragonfruit refresher today recommended by the lovely Alice who was smiley, informative and attentive. Lois expertly made my drink which was perfection. Thanks girls - you really made my day and I will definitely be back! 😊

I ordered cappuccino here. The seating area was very spacious even though it was quite a little busy but they have plenty of tables and chairs. The staff are friendly. The toilets were clean.
