99 Restaurants

Usually the food is good but always a problem ordering to go. Missing chicken nuggets and or missing to go drinks. Try to go back. They help everyone else. Literally alway have to ask for the drink that’s missing. Never got the last missing drink. Gave up trying to call them. Not fun complaining. They get all bothered that it wasn’t done right. Only paid you a tip just to mess it up.

Asparagus was woody and tough at the ends, the tops were burnt like matchsticks. The cheeseburger was delicious! Bit scant on the sauted onions but our waitress got me more right away! The bacon on the burger was perfect! (I would love white american cheese vs orange on the burger) Our waitress was Kristie and she was amazing! She gets a 10! She was prompt, friendly, efficient and accurate! The lighting was a bit dark and my Dad had a hard time seeing the menu. We had to use a flashlight for him to read it.

Go there frequently. My wife got burned last night with cold food and s l o w service. Also I don’t like beer in a mug. Would rather have a straight glass Really enough to hold us off for a while Hey- there’s only another 200 or so restaurants around to choose from! I think it’s time Felt bad but our tip did reflect our disappointment

We have been going to this 99 for decades, we are very easy going, don't ask for much & usually have no issues, but very disappointing tonight.. Worst part was when asked by manager how everything was, I responded "it was ok", his response was "we will take ok"!! As a manager myself I would never except ok service from my team.. But that would explain the poor service tonight, if only "ok" is expected by the manager, that is what customers are going to get.

The 99 is pretty decent restaurant I mean heck you always want to go back for more right but now really a decent selections menu changed a little bit selections are decent good variety well priced little small on the portion size for the price but not bad food was good was prompt was clean well put together the only issue that I would have said on my last visit was waitress was not as friendly as personally I thought she could have been wasn't very personable and seemed kind of put off with people's specificness in their order or the way they wanted their meals prepared
