Pho Bowl

I wish I had found this place sooner! I would have been going here for lunch from work more often, but I only got to go once before heading back to MI. :( Everything I ordered was soooo good! It was also very reasonably priced for how much food you get. When my friend and I arrived there was only 2 other customers there, but it got busy pretty quickly and there was only one server. I would take away half a star for that, it took a while to get our check and pay, we ended up getting back to work a few mins late because there was only one guy serving, answering the phone, and cashing people out. I'm not taking away the star cause despite how busy it got, he did a good job and the food was amazing! Update: I was able to come back to Worcester and definitely have been back quite a few times while I've been in town. This place is so good! I love it!

I've been wanting to try Pho Bowl for a while; and with the cold weather we've had, tonight seemed like a perfect time to come in. I'm so glad I did! The owner and another young lady were there and were beyond helpful in helping me make a selection. They were so nice, and the food was absolutely delicious! The portions were generous, and so fresh. The pho was layers of palate pleasing wonderful flavors, the spring rolls with shrimp and grilled pork were some of the best I have ever had. I honestly didn't get to try everything because I was full. It's all good though, have the leftovers in the fridge and can't wait for dinner tomorrow night! I should mention that this was a take out order and they provided ample ingredients, all neatly packaged for me to take home. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you Pho Bowl, I will be back!

Never had tried Pho before, so can't compare to other places. First time trying it and first time at this restaurant. I ordered a medium Rare Steak/Well Done Brisket combo Pho. Everything seemed fresh and the flavors were delicious. Server was nice and friendly. Food succeed within minutes of ordering. Only downside that I will agree with is the pop radio in the background but that's not a reflection on the rest of my lunch experience. It definitely set a fairly high bar for future pho experiences.

Bad service (like really bad) but the amazing food makes up for it. Also, the music they played was horrible! Like COVERS of Taylor Swift songs. But it still gets 4 stars because they were closing in the next hour and were pretty dead, which might explain the poor service, so if you go at another time it might not be so bad. I recommend trying the fried vegetable rolls.

I have to say, the staff was nice. Althought, they tend to forget what you order. The food was not authentic. If you looking for American version of Vietnamese food, then it's the spot. If you want real flavorful dish, you don't want to go here. Oh, and if you dine with a large group( we had 7 people and 3 kids), don't go here. If you expect fast service, don't go here. We got there on Jan 28, a Sunday, around 3pm. Took them around 10 mins to come and get our order( they did bring the hot tea first), and another 25 mins to get the food out. Their house special "Spicy soup with ox tail" aka "bun bo hue" didn't have ox tail (which they told us before hand). We placed 4 orders, but they only have 3 left. It tasted like instant noodles with spicy color layer on top. The Pho soup was tasteless and did not have the veggies that they should come with. We gave 1 star because the staff was nice, other wise, no star at all.
