It's been almost a decade since the last time I dined at a Boston Market and I did so with some nostalgia recently. However I was pretty disappointed, my meal was nothing more than a glorified microwave dinner.
Some memories are best left as they are.

Always quick putting together mobile/called in orders. Occasionally missing a few things but no big deal. Very friendly staff and clean dining room.

We placed an order for pickup on Active Menus. When my husband arrived, it was ready to go. It arrived home hot and very delicious.

I love Boston Market, if I could I'd eat a half a chicken every. I like to put a little gravy on my chicken too lol. Also the mac and cheese is good.

Good food, but the dill potatoes were not hot. The customer service could've been better, had to ask for the fork and knife.

Almost feel sorry for the employees working here! This used to be a great place to get decent food, now - while the food is still ok - the whole attitude of the staff is terrible. Feels as if you asked them to do you a favor if you place an order. No smiles, no kind words, with a lady manager (?) bouncing around like a chicken with its head cut off growling at everyone in sight.... sad to see a decline like that.

I placed an online order it was confirmed and my debit card was charged. I got to the store 10 minutes before the pickup time that was given and the store was closed. I sent an email and the area manager responded to me and said sorry for the inconvenience. I didn't hear from him again so on the 4th day I asked where my refund was and he said it took 7 - 14 days. I was the one inconvenienced and he seemed to have an attitude and just made me feel like a bother. I felt like I was getting nowhere with him so I sent two messages to the corporate office and still have not gotten an response. This is completely ridiculous. It has now been 13 days and still no refund. This is the second time this has happened to me at this store. I don't know what happened to this Boston Market it used to be the best one around.

Ordered online, didn't get two of my items. They wrote on the receipt "out of stock." No one tried to contact for an alternative or cancel the item. They've refused to process a refund. The area manager is completely inept at customer retention. And you say you're opening up more restaurants? Why when you can't manage the ones you have?
