D'angelo Grilled Sandwiches

Their meat is always a weird color, consistency and taste... and on my most recent visit, my salad was expired. The grape tomatoes were so rotten, the skin was peeling off and the tomato itself was mushy on the inside. The rest of the veggies were freezer burned... you could taste it and instantly knew it had been defrosted for consumption. I almost threw up. Sad a salad from here isn't even safe to eat. Im 6 months pregnant. 2nd time going and last time. Only went here because my go to location on highland street was closed due to short staff.

My order from last night (3/27/2022) all the bread was as dry as day old that was left out uncovered. When I called to complain I'm told that the manager went home and to call back tomorrow. When I called back I was told that there was nothing they could do. This is not the first time (but it is the last) this has happened with a complaint or the food. I'm going to be giving my Bissnisses to Jersey Mike's for now on they appreciate my business. This is the customer service that you get after spending Thousands of dollars. Almost $70 this order alone!

Frustrating. 22 minutes waited for food, that's not the complaint as I saw only one person for sandwiches, one person for pizza, one person left to deliver and then one that giggled on a cell phone. Why was it frustrating, as I wondered about our order, I stood at the counter not to be recognized by the gentleman making sandwiches. Not even a someone will be with you in a moment or can I help you. To then see the girl on cellphone giggling with no acknowledging of me during or after she hung up from her call. Eventually she came oyt, I told her I was checking in my order. She told me two more minutes. It went well past the two minutes. Phone constantly ringing that the busy guy making pizzas went to answer it. Cellphone girl still missing. Two customers came in, pizza guy acknowledged the lady saying some will be with you shortly. Awhile passed before cellphone girl appeared. Guy who ordered after me was now asking about his order, cellphone girl said it's coming up. My sandwiches of course were sitting there for at least two minutes now. Cellphone girl grabbed the other guys sandwiches even though the sandwich making gentlemen told her to do my order as I've been waiting awhile. Cellphone girl asked if I was Renee (even though many many minutes prior she asked my name). She then asked did I get my soups? HOW WOULD I GET MY SOUP IF NO ONE IS WORKING BUT THE FOOD MAKING GENTLEMEN AND ALL THAT SHE HAD IS THE SANDWICHES. As she was getting my soup, Brandon who got his sandwiches before me was asking if they were one pounders and was upset when told yes, he left. Sandwich making guy was talking about how it's 16oz but after cooked it's more like 12oz. As a paying customer to hear that someone paid for 16oz of meat and got 12oz, wow!. Cellphone girl then said yeah and thet think the bread is to be bigger too. She then went on to make a rude comment about have a nice day. To spend $30.66 for two sandwiches(very mediocre)and soup (two little cups) and the crummy customer service will have me not wanting to come back. Especially when they are complaining about a customer in front of a customer. Just horrible.

They must be severely understaffed or management doesn't care about the restaurant. Entry door was grimy, restroom door filthy, bathroom sink clogged and wouldn't drain (how can an employee wash their hands?!?), toilet was grimy. Order for 2 sandwiches at 1:30 pm in an almost empty store took so long (25 minutes so far) that I wrote this before my sandwiches were even ready minutes. I paid $30 for this. Awful experience. I pity the employees who have to work in these conditions. No wonder they are hiring.

Well we have been fans for a long time! We were visiting friends in Worcester. So the three of us went to a late lunch.I know that food prices have got expensive. But sandwiches sodas and soup two bags of chips. Total 47.oo dollars. As we left out side the building a employee asked how was evrything? My wife didn't want to complain. So she said it was kind of expensive. The employee just laugh and said I hope you enjoy you meal. I and my friends will not be back !!!

Had them cater our baby shower at our home. Ordered 3 kinds of wraps and a huge salad. Steve the manager was awesome to work with as we tweaked their menu and he was very accommodating. Not only was the food delicious and got a lot of compliments from our guests, but when Steve heard how busy we were preparing for this event he personally delivered everything to our home exactly when he said he would. Thank you!
