I have given toThis "restaurant" many chances, to see if they learn how to treat the people (customers if they know).
I went to the Drive-thru and i didn't get there yet and the "Lady" were asking and keep asking ( a littel Rude). I ask for the order and she already wanted to send me to the window ... and i didn't finish the order my order and try to tell her about the specifications of the drink (milk) and she were so Rude and in a certain way like it was like that and thats It. All the time with AN ACTITUDE so street, so unprofessional and arrogant and like she were hurry. Local was empty...
I saw here made the drink wrong (it could start causing me a medical condition and pain) and i told her that is not the drink that i ask and Other lady with actitud ask to the cashierBwhat i want, what happend ? ....like if she were so mad, and she made the drink ... Really passed off...i felt so UNCOMFORTABLE and insecure

Love Wendy’s the fríes there are natural and the hot chili is one of my favorite with chives potatoes and the grill chicken sandwich is really good 👍 and all salads are really good and fresh in other words Wendy’s is the best fast food restaurant and I love the Lincoln store they work in really good harmony 💙very paz full place I love 💥💥💥💥💥thank you for everything you guys do because work with food is not easier sadly some people don’t understand it and the personal is very friendly and well educated god’s bless you all 🧡

They missed the napkins, but the order was corrected and they were polite and had a smile 😁
Follow up: they didn't give me fries in my order (which was corrected) and then charged me $3.09 for a separate order of fries rather than refunding my original order and paying for the meal price.
Be careful with your order and check your receipt.
That's how you go from 5 stars to three!

Even tho they close at 1AM they l lock the doors before 10pm every night and they won't allow you to make orders at the window specifically if you don't have a car. I can understand not letting people in for cleaning maintenance but not allowing people to simply buy food at the window just for not owning a vehicle is technically discrimination. what does have a car have to do with a burger at Wendy's? I worked for drive thru for YEARS and I've taken orders for people at the window without a car because whether the fact you drive or not has nothing to do with food. As long as a person is willing to wait outside in the drive through and there's no line I really don't see the issue.

We eat at Wendy's quite a bit and more often than not our order is wrong when we get it. Also the staff don't listen when you try to talk to them. We wanted our order remade because we had to drive all the way across town to get it fixed so everything was cold and repeatedly got cut off and never got what we actually came back for before they threw a remade sandwich at us and blew us off.

Wendy's, in general, is not what it used to be. This location is average, at best. Watch out for getting a lot of microwaved food and cold fries. It is a roll of the dice, if you do not pay attention. Off hours are the worst. Watch your order for freshness. Average, at best.

Never been to a bad Wendy's
Some have better staff than others. Not a 5 because too often, especially if not busy, staff forgets customers matter. Example, when talking orders, etc staff barely pauses their conversation to focus on customers.
Still the food is good, the place is clean so I keep coming back.

Took a bite out of a burger and it was pink in the middle I almost threw up I’m so disgusted never again !! This happened today and they forgot to give me the strawberry lemonade and the fries are so cold I never had any bad experiences here so I’m surprised
