Best pizza place around by far. Friendly staff and great food. What else would a guy want. I love to go in when Lindsey Sherman is working. She always has a smile on her face. Did I mention she makes the best food! Check it out! You won’t be disappointed! 5 stars! Great, now I’m craving Papa Gino’s again.

Used to be a great place. Order delivery, never was an issue until they outsourced their deliveries. Got a text message driver was on their way, showed up 30 minutes later. Even had to call them to see where the driver was. Food came cold and disgusting. Emailed customer service with screen shots and pic, they responded that did not see an issues and deliveries do make other stops. Never went back.

Orders half way ready when order online and say is ready for pick-up ,doordash orders supposed to be in a shelf so we don’t have to do the lines since we are just picking it up to deliver , other restaurants have the doordash , postmates etc shelf’s. Customers order online so when they go they just pick it up not do the line if not then what’s the purpose of buying online if you still have to wait? No wonder it have bad reviews. Well here’s one more!

Ordered a pizza with split toppings, which were done incorrectly and for the pizza to be well done. It wasn't well done (more raw than well done) and unfortunately didnt come with much cheese as evidenced in the photo. I get the employees wanted to finish closing up but this was a sorry experience at best.

We got two greek salads that come with the cheese bread stix. The bread stix are too wet. I wish they were plain. My 12 yr.old got the fries she loves papa's fries. They are good I had one. Lots of salt. 25 $ for that trip.

You do not never want to come to Papa Gino's on Grafton Street if you have any issues with your food they refuse to give you back your money or do a remake on your food so if you want good customer service you will go to another Papa Gino's never come to Grafton Street Papa Gino's and the manager had Lindsey is a handful she has no Authority here she refuses to help customers and she should be fired

Usually the service and the pizza is good! But there is always that one time!!! They forgot our delivery!! And by the time we got the pizza it was cold 🥶. My sister had to go get it,, we should get a free pizza because it was late!!!!!! If my father didn't like it so much we wouldn't go back!!
