Staff gets more and more lazy... told the girl at the window there was a van in the other drive thru line that had been waiting 4 cars long in my line that had passed. Her response was she was told to stop taking orders bc they were busy....so we are going to let someone sit there??? I ordered a oreo flurry....not mixed. At all. Just oreo crumbles on top of ice cream.

Absolutely disgusting. Waited in line for 10 minutes and received chicken nuggets that tasted like they were not kept at a proper temperature prior to cooking and they were cold. French fries were cold. Big Mac was dry lacking Mac sauce and had one pickle. Ordered regular coke and got what tasted like diet root beer. Its McDonalds so you know it’s lower quality food and service anyway but please this place sucks don’t waste your time or money.

I ordered a steak breakfast sandwich and what I received was a bacon sandwich, this woman didn't speak English, didn't put the order on the screen and didn't give me a receipt! so another worker said she'd give me a refund but instead gave me 2 sausage sandwiches that I didn't ask for and she didn't ask me! I wanted my damn money back since you didn't get my order right and was rude!

I visit this site sometimes 3-4 times a week, and every time, I expect quality drive thru service, instead every time i order chicken nuggets the sauce is NEVER inside my bag. Sure I should double check before leaving, but when i explicitly say the sauce in the drive thru and how they forgot it the time prior, it is NEVER inside the bag when I leave. This is unacceptable being a former McDonalds department manager. I'm going to continue to leave reviews every single time I don't receive the sauce in the bag, something so simple!
