Subway

I ordered online with delivery thru DoorDash from the Subway franchise in Fair Plaza on the Worcester/Auburn line. The order (2 bread less bowls) arrived promptly but both items were totally wrong, with ordered veggies not included in both bowls and unwanted items included. I called the store to attempt to rectify matters but the woman who answered just argued with me as to whether the order was in fact wrong (hint: it was). So I won't ever order from this Subway franchise again. There are too many restaurants who welcome online orders and who either get them right the first time or make them right upon notice...

I been a costumer for years since they was next to price shopper i went just now 245 walk in raining i have the mask in my face when i walking in those 2 the have there to day are so rude. She give me actitud for no reason after many years going in there never again if they don't want to work don't work its not customer fault you have a shitti life ,,, i know the owners for years sorry guys but choose better the people you put in to serve public !!!!!!!

I gave the employee a $20 and the Rota was $9.93 or pretty close to it, five or take a few cents. She gave me 6 cents back, I asked her for the rest of my change and she said I only gave her $10. I specifically gave her a $20 so I can get a $10 back in change. She counted her cash drawer and said it wasn’t off, which anyone who has basic math skills and a calculator like she did should be more then 100% accurate. After counting she proceeded to call me a liar several times in front of several other customers while easing her voice while she walked around the line trying to tend to the other customers. I asked for a manger and she said she was the MOD. I continued to ask for my change politely and she continued to call me a liar. I’ve been to this location multiple times over the months and never had an issue till today. I called corporate and made a complaint and asked for the store owner to contact me. I will also tell people I know not to go to this subway location of 545 SW Cutoff, Worcester, MA, 01607, due to the management being unprofessional, rude, unethical, and the managers will try to take your hard earned money out of your pocket.

there was a bit of a wait due to the fact there was already two people in the store before me, i didn’t mind waiting but that wasn’t the problem, the problem was before i was paying for my sub, i hand over the cashier a SUBWAY coupon and was told “we don’t take coupons” even though it’s good for another month and it says SUBWAY? but every other subway stores take it?
