I bought a sandwich that was made wrong, it wasn't the first time it happened but it was the first time I sent a message in the app informing the error. I understand that mistakes can happen. I asked for the lunch to be made according to my order. I received an email asking for more details to "investigate" what happened. I reported the error that had occurred and sent the information, the photo of the snack that I did not eat, the order note that showed that the order was made correctly, but the snack was not delivered as ordered.
Then I received a new email giving me a discount voucher in an amount much lower than what was paid in the order. I didn't ask for my money back or a discount for the next purchase. I just wanted my snack to be made correctly according to the order and payment made. But I only received one ahhh what a shame, we were wrong, but you will get a symbolic discount for the next purchase. This is absurd, paying for something that was done wrong and getting a discount for the mistake made by them as if they were helping me.

Slow but still I have to wait for to long. Just to get a hot coffee. Witch should only take less than three to four minutes tops. It took almost ten minutes just to get a coffee. The place only had three other costumers there and they were already served. All the employees were just standing around and looking right at me standing there waiting for only a hot coffee. Not one of them took the time to ask me if I was All set. The place is always in bad management to My knowledge.

Lobby ice machine is full of black mold when I let the lady at the counter know they tried to get ice out of the drive thru machine and noticed it also had mold in it. Go anywhere else where the employees will actually maintain a sterile restaurant for the sake of your health I asked for a refund and left. 0 stars.

Edit: Having been here a few times now, I think its a common problem with Fast Food joints now. The food is old and cold, the wait is unbelievable, and the people who work here are pretty much garbage. Honestly, I'd just steer clear of this one from now on. There are other options close by that are much better. It's unfortunate because I always preferred Burger King to McDonald's, but not anymore.

Always sitting in line for 20minutes at this location.. But today I was charged for an extra burger I didnt want. The reply of the cashier at the window "Thats not my fault" I didnt realize BK changed their slogan.

With the times as hard as it is with money the people in this “restaurant “ still find ways to rip customers off for hard earned money by skimping on the topping for a burger meal that cost nearly 10 dollars, the owner of this place needs to get a clue and should be ashamed that this is going on at his establishment.....
