It was just bad timing. They were behind in pushing orders out and we waited at least 10 minutes for our order to be taken . The chaos died, our order was taken, we received our food really quick. The food: I got the 2 for 4 and the pretzel was ok. The sauce that came with it taste weird. My burger had way too much mustard that it ruined it. My son got a double cheeseburger. He said it was good as well as onion rings and a blizzard. I tried the onion rings and I like them. No bad.

I ordered a cake for a going away party. It was supposed to be a strawberry cheesecake blizzard cake layered with cake crunch and chocolate ice cream. Issues with the cake: 1) It is hideous. We asked for the graham cracker crumbles to be sprinkled on the cake, not to cover it. The handwriting is also awful. 2) There was barely any strawberries mixed into the ice cream, it was mostly vanilla. 3) There was peanut butter cups and chocolate sauce in the center. We did not ask for this. I spoke to Daisha on the phone, and she said she would give a refund once I show proof of purchase will I will be doing.

The food and ice cream were just as you'd expect... DELICIOUS! Even though this location has been open for awhile now, there are still days with LOOOONG wait times. Which brings me to only giving 4 stars. When busy, the ice cream area and grill area need to work on their timing. The grill area had my food cooked & bagged almost a full 10 mins before I was given me ice creams. For the ice cream makers, they way they work on orders send very inefficient to me. Cause I watched my order being done and they did 2 of my 4 ice creams then about 5 mins later came the other 2. Appeared they worked on too many orders at once. And when it's a madhouse it is very easy to get confused. Not how I would expedite orders but I don't work there. 😁 So if you don't mind waiting, this location is still a great place to go in the city.

This restaurant is more like a cross between an after school program for high school kids and middle aged adults who have no real employable skills to not be 35 and making burgers. Not that you would ever expect fast food to be a 5 star restaurant, but it took 4 teenagers and 2 confused managers to enter my order. It would have been faster churning my own ice cream at home.

Dairy Queen Is The King Of Their Island! Friendly's And Other Competitors Can No Longer Challenge Them. The Other Fast Food Chains That Serve (Oh By The Way! We Serve Ice Cream!) Cannot Match Their Taste And Quality Of Their Product! Secondly! Their Hamburgers, Fries, Onion Rings And Especially Their Chicken Fingers Are Very Good. With Most Fast Food Operations. Consistently A Is A Problem! I Been Back Several Times Since My Last Review! I Am Very Happy To Change My Rating From 3 Stars To 5 Stars! The Orders Were Perfect! 😁👍

Wow… just wow. I’ve heard horror stories about fast food restaurants but never, ever did I think I would be one of them. Ordered a medium choco brownie blizzard 20 mins ago and while I was chewing on a brownie bite all of the sudden I feel an extremely sharp pain only to find a STAPLE pierced my tongue. Not sure what’s worse, my mouth now bleeding or if I would have swallowed it. How does a staple end up in ice cream????? I also got my 9 year old brother a blizzard and just had him throw it away. Called immediately after to inform the restaurant about what I have found so they could check and make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else, but no one bothered to answer the phone. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. YOU SELL TO CHILDREN.
