Just arrived home after spending a few beautiful days at this hotel , from arriving the staff was polite & friendly , got a beautiful bridal suite at the front of hotel , the views was amazing , had a few drinks in bar , then went for evening meal , the Menu was a wonderful selection , I ordered the salmon & was cooked to perfection , & my partner had the steak pie it was melt in your mouth & so tasty , then we both had pudding , I had Eaton mess & my partner had sticky toffee pudding , both was beautiful , the smell from the kitchen was delightful , & lovely atmosphere all around the hotel , breakfast the nxt morning the selection was very good & also the cooked breakfast was very tasty & good produce used , the staff are a credit to the management , from reception , waiting staff , to the cleaning staff without you all this gem of a hotel wouldn’t be the same , even the management was in the dinning room serving the food which was lovely to see & the respect they have for there staff was lovely , would recommend this gem of a place to my friends & will be back very soon as it’s spotless clean , very friendly & so welcoming , keep this up as you have a treasure of a place thank you all for making mine & my partners stay so welcoming will see you all again soon
Fantastic Hotel, great food and a killer breakfast, all the staff were very friendly and helpful, loved sitting in the gardens with a beer even when it rained there was the gazebo to keep dry while watching all the wildlife in the surrounding fields and trees. Will be back for sure.. D

What a fabulous find. Excellent location for walking Western Fells. Lovely views out to the sea. Fantastic food and excellent wines. However their real hidden gem is the quality of their staff, superb knowledgable service with wonderful professionalism and sense of humour.
Had our wedding and reception here on the 28th April and can not recommend them enough. Nothing was too much trouble. Perfect doesn’t come close

We were at a wedding and decided to stay the night, was a fantastic wedding and the food and service were outstanding. The roon was lovely and the views are truly beautiful. Can't thank Hunday manor enough�would recommend it 100%
Had my friends baby shower here yesterday. We had afternoon tea, the service was fantastic and the food was very fresh and lovely! We had a few requests and nothing was too much trouble. Also very reasonably priced for afternoon tea �
Absolutely beautiful hotel and grounds. Friendly and efficient staff.Great location for the lakes and stunning scenery, would highly recommend and will definitely be back.
