Me and my carer visited Costa for an afternoon lunch drink and because they also have a disabled toilet here which unfortunately was out of order when we last visited, we were going to sit outside and eat our own sandwiches that we brought …

Not sure why my review was deleted... In summary: the staff were friendly but forgot to make one of our two drinks but quickly made it and brought it over so I could eat my tostie before it got cold. Only a few customers in but nearly every table was dirty as was the till area and the food/coffee prep areas.

Very much a cookie-cutter Costa, which is no bad thing. It's a very pleasant environment and it's recent revamp has made it a relaxing place for a coffee. I drop one star as the service is always slow in this Costa, I can't work out why!
