Food here was superb, all cooked to order so be prepared to wait a while. Parking difficult but husband waited around the corner while I ordered food.
Impressive black pudding and haggis, both battered and 3 slices in each portion.
Steak pie is best chip shop pie I've had by far, pastry was wonderful. Fish was soft and flaky, batter slightly on the greasy side but fish was so nice, I had to give a thumbs up for all the food.
No Pepsi max though and we won't buy coke.
The best fish and chips in the area. Friendly fast service, and pleasant clean surroundings. VERY good value for money. Have never had a disappointing meal there. When in Workington, it's the place to go!

Great fresh cooked food. Option of Chinese dishes too.
They turned six of us around in an hour. Piping hot good quality food cooked well. Its just want you want from a cafe/chippy. The Chinese food served to another table looked fantastic. A great find.
