Do love turkish food found this little gem me and my husband tried it last night and have to say you won’t be disappointed lovely food staff are friendly get in quick because there wasn’t a table free which is always a good sign that the place is popular Thanks EFes for a beautiful enjoyable meal will be making another visit very soon �
We always have a great meal and the staff are always so welcoming and helpful. I would recommend that you go and try it out if you haven't already. You won't be disappointed.
Went to Efes to celebrate husband and sister birthdays. This was second visit for some of us, 7 in total, first for rest. We all agreed food lovely, well presented and waitress attentive and helpful with menu queries. Will definitely go again. Thanks.
As always the food and the staff were amazing! I’m so sad that I’m moving away and won’t have an Efes within 300 miles. Great for small intimate dinners and parties alike. I’ll miss you! 😢💖💖💖

Visited today for Ron's 71st birthday and Mo & Ron's 9th wedding anniversary. It was mine and Karen's first visit but the rest have been several times and you cannot fault the food or service. Shame you are not closer to Bradford, where we live. The food was excellent, we will be back

We went to Efes last night for a lovely meal, it's the second time we have been and it's just as good as always. I would highly recommend this restaurant to any one. Great food and service.
The restaurant offered a cosy atmosphere and the staff enormously enhanced that feeling. The food was excellent, well presented and tasty. I fully enjoyed my experience at this restaurant and will be visiting it again.

Recently visited the restaurant on a spontaneous whim and was delighted with the experience. Have eaten takeaway from here a few years back and honestly forgot about this place.
We spent about £30/head with 1 alcoholic drink.
The restaurant was warm and welcoming with attentive and friendly waiting staff.
The food was delicious enjoying a hot mix meze for starters and and various dishes for mains, See photos.
All cooked beautifully however some dishes very rich! We all left with satisfied bellies.
Would recommend and visit again.
Can't believe I waited so long to visit. The food here is to die for (not literally) but it is amazing. Proper authentic Turkish food and the quantities are incredible. We ordered a platter for 4 to share and 6 of us couldn't finish it. Everything we have ever ordered has been delicious, and the price is very reasonable.
Amazing variety and quality of food. The service is fast and so kind. We really appreciated the complementary baklava at the end. Lunch deal is very well priced for the amount and quality of the food you get. The aubergine and falafel were exceptionally delicious. Will definitely come again.
Great authentic halal Turkish food! Cost of living crisis has pushed up prices everywhere, so a meal for 3 (platter for 2 and a chicken wings meal, no drinks) we paid close to £70. Meat was cooked well, as were the chicken wings. Chicken breast was dry but that's just chicken breast for you. Waiter was polite and nice, but I don't approve of charging extra for chili sauce! Cmon now...

It was our first visit today, after so many amazing reviews! It was totally worth waiting for, I honestly can't fault anything! We had mixed shish kebab with hummus starter. It was devine! The lamb and chicken literally melted in our mouths! Absolutely beautiful 👍 It's also so nice to go to an authentic restaurant where authentic ambient music is played.
The service was exceptional too.
If you've been thinking about going, don't waste a single moment!
Came here with my partner and 3 months old Baby for lunch. Nice welcome on arrival. Food was hot, fresh and not a long wait. Good value for fresh delicious food. Will come back for dinner one day!

One of my favourite Turkish restaurants in Sussex. Go for the platter for two which is more than enough. The meet is well cooked and so as the chicken as well. Worth a visit
Lovely Sunday lunchtime meal with friends. We have been many times before and keep returning for more great food and friendly service from Neil. Great host. Superb hospitality. We will keep going back for more.
