Fiordilatte

Two Italian gentlemen in an appropriately named Italian restaurant - Fior di Latte is a Napolitan's ONLY option for pizza; buffala is a salad cheese. Anyway, that sparked my interest. They had a good pizza oven - check. Our small dog was allowed inside - even better. The last good pizza I had was in Genoa, and I used to be a pizza chef myself, so I kind of have expectations. This restaurant met them, completely. The pizzas were made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the crust was perfectly crispy. The sauce is flavourful and the toppings are authentic. The gentlemen were friendly and attentive, and they were happy to make recommendations or explain about ingredients. Although, I think that if I had ordered a cappuccino with my dinner, they would just have refused - which is as it should be. I was very happy with this place and will return here if I'm in the area.

Highly recommend to eat here. Portions are very reasonable against cost of dishes with generous toppings. Full of flavour. Staff are very friendly. Nice to be able to watch the pizzas being made as well. I assume the 1 star rating reviews about this restaurant are posted when under an old management so recommend reading latest reviews as these are positive and mirror the service that is given at present

Lots of places have changed in Worthing during and after Covid, this definitely being an improvements! They make every pizza freshly in the middle of the restaurant using a stone baking oven for everyone to see "what's cooking". The pizza was delicious (and optionally very spicy using fresh chillies). The service was very good and the atmosphere nice. Overall, a highly recommendable restaurant in Worthing town centre.

Very good pizza. We ordered Romana and Margherita. The service was attentive and kind. We had two pizzas and two small glasses of Trebiano, which came to £30. The only thing I would change is to have a little less tomato sauce, as it was a bit too watery for my liking. However, I understand that each pizzeria has its own style, so it may just be a matter of personal preference.
