One of the best breakfasts / brunch I've had this year , these eggs was cooked perfectly , perfect with golden runny egg yolks , yumma ... vegetarian and vegans options and also serves alcohol for those hot sunny afternoons , service was great , we asked for extra Tabasco which was not a problem and
I went after a friend recommend this place. Was absolutely lovelly, the food was delicious and the service was good even on a busy Sunday morning. They also serve drinks after 4pm so planning to go back another day for a happy hour.
Lovely place, reasonably priced, staff are really good here, food also tasty and well presented. A decent fully stocked bar and selection of cakes/brownies too. Would definately return.

A menu full of comfort food with attentive and welcoming staff. An industrial vibe with bright natural light made this a great place for lunch. A four star as the Turkish eggs were over cooked which reduced the taste of the dish.
I don’t think there is actually better food at this price point in the whole county. Friendly staff great coffee and again the food is amazing, the trifecta has been completed. 10/10
Came here for brunch and had a lovely experience. The service was swift and friendly; the menu has loads of options for veggie, vegan, or meat, and the food tastes as good as it looks. Highly recommend.
Nice place to get a coffee and a meal. It's in the middle of Warwick Street and we sat outside watching the world go by. The coffee was particularly good, and roasted locally in Ferring.

Staff were incredibly friendly & happy to help. The food was so tasty, I had the veggie breakfast with potato hash rather than mushroom. Coffee was lovely & decent salt and pepper! - will 100% be back again.
