Not that anyone will really care but to be fair the food here was probably some of the best KFC I've had. Bit of a wait on a Friday night but they were doing thier best. Decent and gets smashed by the Uber, just eat, deliveroo crew!
Update - ate in the restaurant tonight. I went close to the end of the day. Sorry guys but it was pretty nasty in there, all staff very busy I think just a little short staffed??
Lost a single star due to TABLES not being wiped down. Something that should be done, the moment customers leave so it's clean and inviting to next seating customer (like me).
The Zinger Burger was the BEST I've had in the 5 years I've lived in the UK ❤️
Lovely staff, friendly and helpful.
Food as expected. My five stars are mostly for the staff, especially the tall dark haired young man behind the tills, he gives great customer service - well done.
Parking is awful, btw. Try the car park behind the shops, parking on the front is nightmarish.
The only downside here is the restaurant is cold and drafty. Otherwise excellent customer service from Justin when we didn't like the signature fries. Replaced without any fuss for classic fries.
Auto service machines were out of order and sundae machine was also out of service. Fast service and clean tables to sit at. Unfortunately no wooden or plastic knives available, and they seem to have got rid of the wet wipe satchets
Really quick friendly service on Saturday lunchtime..tons of tasty well cooked chicken. Such a good price..we had the Wicked Variety bucket. I was so pleased.
Very nice KFC. Food as you would expect. Good amount of seating, inside and out. Clean toilets. Self service machines available. Pleasant to eat in. Can get very busy at times due to location. Surrounded by ample parking. Service adequate to good.
Standard KFC good price for fast food. Note - worth checking your order if its a good size order, writers of course occur but they are quite common here but just check before leaving. On the plus side, fairly quick with the order. Enjoy.
Good localisation, nice and helpful staff. Could be cleaner but understand it can be very busy sometimes. Tasty food, but could be packed with more care as often chips are thrown into a bag going all over my order.
Good quick tasty collected and ate in our car. BUT be careful if you order delivery as delivery driver was seen with his hand in the bag eating the customer chips. When confront by a member of public about it he told them to shut up got on his moped and speed off .
