Had the pleasure of eating here last night with visiting friends. What a fabulous meal we had, couldn’t fault it in any way. We were served by Sam, who looked after us very professionally, nothing was too much trouble! Well done Naz and staff, be very proud of yourselves, you have a fabulous restaurant!
Lovely meal tonight ,waiter was really helpful too
First time I've eaten there since the move. Food was,as always, first-class . Surroundings, ambience, and atmosphere were superb .
I know where I'll be eating next Saturday now too. Highly recommended
Fantastic food and service
A little Indian restaurant inside a pub, what more could anyone want! We only are here and didn't try the pub but the service was excellent and we enjoyed the food, the rice and bread in particular were excellent. If you don't like your food over spicy you may need to ask how hot your dish will be as the menu may not tell you. Good value.
Just popped in after a long day decorating at my sister's new home and we were made very welcome. We were shown to a table near the log burner and had the choice of eating there or in the restaurant. We stayed on the comfy sofa and our food was bought to us on a trolley. The food was excellent and my prawns delicious. We live in Gainsborough but will definitely be visiting again. Thank you to all the staff
What a fantastic welcome. Brilliant bar staff and servers in restaurant. We went as party of 3. Indian food could not be bettered but my wife chose from very limited English menu. Disappointed with burnt omelette served cold. Previous visits were much more pleasing.
I would like to Naz & his team for a lovely Christmas dinner, we are always made very welcome on every visit. Staff are always cheerful & friendly welcoming you with a warm greeting. Food is always of a high standard. If you like a good Indian meal I would recommend you pay this superb venue a visit you will not be disappointed.
Went here for a meal on New Year's Eve, such a lovely evening, friendly and professional staff, perfect food and a lovely setting. We didn't have to wait long for our food, we will be back!
The landlord was a throwback to the good old days. He came and checked that we were happy with the food and service (as is usual) but then he stayed to chat with us and was genuinely interested in our plans for the day. It doesn't take a lot to make someone feel special and he did just that for us.
What a shame this place is closing. Couldn't get friendlier staff and the dog was allowed. Believe the owner only pays the staff £5 an hour, disgraceful. They aren't closing through lack of effort or the quality of the food; probably the location.
Very welcoming on arrival, took us straight to our table, went to carvery and got a very generous portion of meat/meats. Food was very well cooked and was delicious.best of all when we finished, no rushing to get us to pay and leave the table.
Food was good & plenty of it. We all had something different & it all looked great. Will definitely be going back to try one of the house dishes 😊we all left happy & full!!!
Food is Amazing!
Tad on the expensive side, but was given a voucher last time we went so that makes a BIG difference to the price.
Best Indian around and we travel from market Rasen for it.
The food is outstanding. Really is!!! Every dish is different tasting and the service there was so welcoming and on point. I don’t normally go for much different then a sagg but this time I thought the sea bass special and the taste was perfect!! Thankyou.
Thank you Naz & team for a great Christmas dinner, it was lovely. The staff are always welcoming & friendly, with a cheery smile, service is great. If you like Indian cuisine The Turner Arms is worth a visit, it won't disappoint.
Excellent food, good service, friendly staff. Care was taken with our dietary needs (Coeliac) so had an enjoyable dining experience. Very nice place.
Nice staff even better vibes and when I was there their was a band on that was amazing and had the whole room dancin
An unusual place! Is it a boozer? Is it a swanky wine bar? Or is it an Indian restaurant? Beer was good, the swanky bit where we sat was nice & the meal was spot on! Home made quality Indian food, perfect naan bread! We would definitely go again. A drink, main, starter & shared rice & a naan bread for four was £75.
Fantastic food, friendly staff, great service and very reasonable prices. Will go back time and again.
