Popped in for tea after being in town. Plenty of parking 🅿️ spaces, got a table no problems. Ordered at the bar, food took 30ish mins but that isn't very unusual these days. Food was very nice 👍🙂.

I took my friend for a meal and we were so well looked after especially by Debbie who was so friendly and accommodating. I ordered the Mac n cheese and Jay ordered the gammon. We didn’t have to wait long for the food to arrive and we were both pleased with our meals which were very tasty, thank you to the two ladies in the kitchen. A lovely pub, nicely decorated with a pleasant atmosphere. I would highly recommend and I look forward to my next visit.

After travelling through Europe for 4 weeks, and Debby has been the best customer service we have had.
And to get to Wrexham we had to use 3 trains, and a decent walk to outlet accommodation and then somewhere for food.
It is nice to have a friendly person greet you and just make sure we are relaxed and taken care of. Thank you

I don't particularly like ordering food via the app but go with it to move with the times. I had to order desert at the bar as I have a fussy 10yr old but the staff member who served me was very good and amenable. Waiters and staff in general were very attentive, personable and very engaging. A really enjoyable experience from start to finish

I got the seating I asked for when making the booking for my 50th birthday meal. The staff were polite and helpful, full of smiles. The food was cooked to perfection and all three of us were very happy with it. Service was good although it did let itself down with clearing the table of used glasses and drinks containers, the same with when we had finished our main course. Overall I was very happy with the experience and would definitely go back there again.

I recently visited Plas Coch and was impressed with the overall experience. The ambiance was nice and the prices were good. The fries were especially tasty and the portions were generous. The 8 oz steak I had was perfectly cooked, although it was way too chewy. The staff was friendly and the cooking times were quick. All in all, I would recommend this restaurant, but you might want to opt for chicken instead of beef steak.

Food was excellent as always staff super friendly was slight delay with food but we were told about that before ordering due to amount of people in when we came today but it did come out quicker than expected and drinks were good as always

Just returned from a meal with my partner and her daughter, ordered drinks at the time of being shown to the table and waited approximately 10 minutes as the drinks sat on a tray at the end of the bar being ignored by all staff members including the young lady in charge ! Decided that it would be easier to collect the drinks myself. Young uninterested waitress attended the table and took a simple order of 2 x pizza a 1x calzone, walked to the till no more than 20 ft away and guess what got it wrong. Food arrived 3 x normal pizza shook my head at the poor waiter that it was wrong unsurprisingly ( apologies to the poor waiter who arrived with our order ) we were informed that a replacement would be made and brought to us in 5 min, 10 min later this arrived RAW, at this point I returned the order to the kitchen area myself and explained that it was raw. Supervisor on shift apologised and offered to cook another by that point we were 45 minutes from the point of order and all others in the party had finished. The unhappy waitress then told us that we only had to pay for our drinks, this situation should have been dealt with by the supervisor staff not the waiting on staff. Will be along time before we return

Menu very misleading.
Garlic dough balls without garlic. So dry couldn’t eat them.
BBQ chicken.... forgot the BBQ
Brunch pizza, black pudding, sausage and running eggs......
No sausage in it and eggs where hard. Base was so thick parts were raw. Left so much food.
Not feeling well after it :(
Worse food I’ve had in a very long time.

The menu is brilliant and the service was excellent, but..the food was mostly ok but the fries were very dry. But my biggest issue was we were sat, where the heating wasn’t working, and on an evening like it is, with this snow, and the temperatures so low, it was so so cold, I had to sit in my big coat to actually bare sitting there. I felt like the experience And the food was ruined because I was to cold to enjoy it. I really wanted to love it since the reopening but it just ruined by lack of heating.

Visited 4 times in 1 week! Amazing food and the most happy to help staff I’ve come across, nothing is too much hassle...oh and the curry sauce is a must have! Would definitely recommend this pub to friends and family!

It was ok I’ve had nicer , we went on 6/11/17 my burger was dry and cold and the pizzas have gone a lot smaller didn’t get the sweet corn on the pizza that we asked for and it didn’t look like the peppers on the pizza had been cooked

Couldn't fault it...my daughter and I decided to have a late tea here yesterday,the place was packed but we were given a table straight away,table was spotless and we were served really fast,our waitress was lovely and very polite and attentive,our meals came and we were very impressed! Will defiantly be back with the rest of the family!

Had a lovely bite out at Plas Coch, with a friend this evening. The vegan menu options have changed to that which is on Eating Out Vegan Wales. Not an issue because there are alternatives.
I had a garlic pizza bread to start (forgot to take photo), vegetable jalfrezi with rice and 2 poppadoms with mango chutney, followed by dark chocolate praline cake and vanilla ice cream. Properly lysh and very filling. Service by Chloe was spot on.

So we’ve just had our Mother’s Day meal here, first time popping in since the refurb we were one of the first tables in the 12pm time slot, have to say after being a bit dubious about the new menu it was delicious couple of items missing which is a shame so early on and with it being Mother’s Day but sometimes hiccups happen luckily they have kept a Sunday roast menu which is very appreciated by myself and my daughter, food was absolutely delicious was served quickly refills of drinks were kept on top of, to be fair our waitress was brilliant which makes all the difference unfortunately I didn’t get her name but all the staff were buzzing round being attentive- we had a lovely meal thanks for making Mother’s Day a success � xx

Amazing food and friendly helpful staff. I have been before the refurb as this pub is local to us but can now see a massive difference in the decor but mainly the food it’s now another level. I will be highly recommending this to friends and family and definitely be coming back �
