Fresh pasta quickly cooked to order for a light and delightful lunch. Dropped in late afternoon just before closing and she still managed to whip up a bowl of tagliatelle with aubergine, courgette and lentil sauce topped with freshly grated Parmesan for only £5.50 and on the table in under ten minutes. The pasta dough is made fresh daily and separated into portions so she can just roll it out and run it through the pasta machine when you order. Earlier in the day and for prebooked evening dinners she has a couple of different sauce options to choose from and sometimes stuffed pasta like ravioli or lasagne. Can’t wait for my next visit!
