Maine Roasters Coffee

Really enjoyed the environment here. Music wasn’t to loud so a good place to come and get some work done. Not so good to read a book since the lights are set a little to dark. Got a chai, it was ok. Not my favorite brand but not bad either. The smoothie taste good but does not taste healthy at all. I don’t believe they use the actual fruits. They sell local baked goodies from Rose Bagels and Ice it!

This was one of the best places that I visited in the southern maine-Portland area. The father-daughter duo was excellent and very efficient in getting things done. The tables are big, the chairs are very trad. The coffees are delicious, uniquely Italian, a lot of the ingridients and blends are of good quality. I enjoyed the spaciousness. I wish it were open later. It was very cozy

It's good, but I'm not sure there aren't better options for coffee or tea in the area. It is extremely convenient to I 295, even more so since the northbound entrance to the highway was built a few years back. The vibe is comfortable and there are a variety of seating options, including rocking chairs and couches, along with regular cafe tables. Decent pastry.

I'm from Camden, but I often stop here on my way to the Portland airport or bus station, or back home. The coffee is excellent and it's an easy detour. But on Friday I had a horrible experience with their bathroom. The smell was terrible but it was only when I was standing at the toilet doing my business that I realized my right shoe was is in a large pile of excrement. Of course I was shook, and told the staff immediately, but they seemed rather nonchalant about it. The counter person said something like "no worries" and there was no apology whatsoever. It was about 1pm with few customers. Wouldn't the person who did the awful deed seem suspicious? Shouldn't it be standard practise to check the toilet once in a while? I went out of my way to get coffee here today, and I haven't been here in quite awhile. The coffee isn't bad, but I was looking to try something different and even said "I want something different." I ended up with regular, black coffee. Then when I went to get the cream and sugar, I didn't even use cream because the lid was coated with dried half/half. To top all that off, the case with muffins/donuts was cracked and looked dirty.

Great place , Cozy , should have 2 $$ since coffee is little pricer but I like the vibe and like supporting local buisness. Drive and surrounding very well kept. Yes , Yes while you're on road and want to stop very nice and clean Bathroom, love all the wall art and support for local buisness. Views of nature and surrounding very very nice. Free wifi also available.👍👏
