Dunkin'

When I walked in and there was one customer sitting at a table and no staff to be seen. I waited several minutes and when an employee came out from the back I ordered an iced coffee. As I saw the employee reaching for a paper cup I reminded him that I was getting an iced coffee. He scowled and said, "You ordered a coffee. You didn't say iced." Since I only drink iced coffee I am pretty sure I said iced! I wasn't rude about it at all I was just letting him know because I could see he was reaching for the wrong kind of cup. Then he said, "Two Sugars and one cream." When I said that it was actually two creams and one sugar he let out a big sigh and tossed the cup to the side and started over. Even the customer sitting where he couldn't see her we're shaking her head at me. I feel bad if this guy was having a terrible day. I hope this wasn't typical. It shouldn't feel like you're causing a major inconvenience by ordering a coffee in a coffee shop. May you have a better day today, Sir!

Usually they are fairly quick with their orders, and accuracy isn't the worst. Unfortunately from time to time you get ignored if you go to the counter. Today was no exception to this, the employees were too busy complaining to each other about another coworker, using profanity than to acknowledge me. I tried waving, saying things to get their attention to no avail. After 5 minutes of attempts i decided to go to maples. This isn't always the case, later in the day the workers are usually much nicer and attentive.
