Chuck's Diner

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant not only does the staff not want to go and make sure that a severe allergy is not an issue. The cook admitted to not watching my food which resulted in cold food and over cooked/ burnt food. There was no quality check to see if the food was ok, my old coffee came 2 minutes before food and was not correct, my water never came. And to top it off the waitstaff had the audacity to argue with me about me having to tell the to ask the cook about my allergy, because he wasn’t going to I had to tell him to. I would never recommend this place and should have listened to everyone when the told me how horrible it really is. No discount was made

Loved this place before it was burned down at a different location. It is very very good! The decorations are cool, the menu has a lot of options and is unique, lots of super tasty milkshake options. Pulled pork is super tasty, the fries are homemade. The owner is cool too :) I don't know if they do this now because of Covid but they have TVs and headphones they can give out to kids to watch a movie or show.

My husband and I had gone into the Diner for a bit of lunch August 9 2021 around 1:40 pm. We put our order in and when we received it we were not impressed. However we continued to dig in as we were hungry. I was not happy with mine as there were a few pieces of brown pieces of lettuce and it had a very strong vinegar taste. It was a ceasar Salad. It appeared to me the lettuce was old. The mozza stick were not hot but room temperature. When the waitress asked how we liked out meal. I did comment to her, however don't worry about it. I will eat the mozza sticks. Then came the cook - manager. She was so rude and did not take me serious when I said I don't want to argue with you" However she did not quit. Even when we went to the till. I left the restaurant as my husband dealt with the payment as I did not want to say too much more to her as I had said enough already. In my opinion this person needs to learn Customer Service or be fired and replaced with someone that can make a good business for you.
