Tim Hortons

A little slow, possibly understaffed, but I give 5 stars anyways as the service is always very kind and helpful, the food and beverages taste fresh and good as expected, and the restaurant is clean inside. On the side I want to say, the servers are always joking around and sound happy. It makes a difference, great job!

Stopped in on our way home for a quick bite and a coffee for the road. The employee taking our order was very friendly and thorough - repeated my order back to me to make sure it was correct. Store itself had great signage and visuals for proper distancing and traffic flow. Not particularly impressed with our bagels; husband had an everything bagel toasted with butter and the butter was everywhere. A big chunk of it was on the outside of the bag and got all over my hands (and on the seat of our car). I got a cinnamon raisin bagel with plain cream cheese. My bagel was very squished and true to Tim Hortons form - all of the cream cheese was in the hole rather than on the bagel. I will never understand this - I worked at Tim Hortons for 4 years earlier on in my life; and it takes 3 extra seconds to spread the cream cheese on the actual bagel. Tea and coffee were both correct thankfully.

Very slow service!! Had an associate dump a coffee down the inside of my car door once and she just looked at me and asked if I wanted a napkin ... The lady in the drive-thru (I believe her name is Kathy) is always VERY rude and disrespectful. She is also the same lady who dumped the coffee down the inside of my car door.
