Excellent Location, Right on the A140 near Eye and Diss. The menu is large, and caters for most type of customers. The prices are good, the food is of a good quality and you get plenty of it! Plenty of parking right outside the auberge. The dining room is a little dark, it could be made to feel freshed and more open.

Booked last minute but so glad we did. A wonderful find. A had a very comfortable family room with a large en suite. Jake couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was included, very tasty and a great selection. I'm sure we'll be returning.

This hotel and restaurant exceeded any other I have visited. Every detail is considered and the owners are lovely people. The rooms are beautiful but the highlight is the restaurant - they grow their own vegetables and have foragers collecting wild mushrooms, garlic and herbs. Anything that cannot be grown and meat, fish etc is sourced as locally. During my stay I ended up trying as much of the menu as I could and it is all delicious. I have an unusual dietary requirement and so, knowing I was staying and without me requesting it, they custom made me a dish but advised me i was not obliged to it eat (I did and thoroughly enjoyed it!). They don't pressure you on time so you can really enjoy your meal with family and friends. I am going to purchase a stay for family members because I have never been so impressed. Thank you Jake and Katie and all the wonderful staff at The Bull Auberge!

Our first time at this restaurant, which is a great pity considering the amount of times we have passed it on the way to Norfolk. It is a charming place with excellent service and cooking. The set lunch menu was well balanced at a reasonable price making for a memorable meal, well worth a visit.

From the moment I picked up the phone to make our booking I was impressed. It was my sisters wedding and unfortunately we were let down last minute by another hotel. I called The Bull Auberge to see if they had any available rooms and managed to book the last 6. The owner was very helpful and arranged for our party to have breakfast together the following morning in the private dining area which was lovely. We met Jake the day before as my parents (mother and father of the bride) wanted to drop there luggage off which the hotel kindly stored and put into their room on arrival. Jake couldn't have done anymore for us, offering to kindly allow us late check-in due to us being at the wedding venue all day. The hotel room was spacious and very clean with a comfortable king size bed. We had our 7 month old with us who was also catered for. Breakfast was lovely, they offer a nice continental along with your choice of cooked breakfast. I cannot put into words how impressed we were but we all wish we had stayed for a few nights and we plan to return very soon. Thank you so much for making our stay special.

What a gem this B&B is. We stayed here for the night after a family wedding, the owners were more than accommodating. The room was lovely and clean, breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately we didn't get the opportunity to try dinner but we'll definitely be back to try it. Keep up the great work :)

Food was outstanding and atmosphere was relaxing and VERY clean. We were not rushed nor pushed into ordering something we did not want. Food was cooked to perfection, look forward to returning again at a later date. Thank you

Jake and his wife are top hosts and provide a service second to none. This is a gem of an establishment parts of which date back to the 1700 century. I would recommend this location to anybody looking for great customer service, cleanliness, and value for money.

Incredibly lucky to The Bull Auberge close-by. One of the very best restaurants in Norfolk & Suffolk. Ambience is lovely, food is wonderful and service is faultless. We ate here recently to celebrate my daughter's birthday. All of the good was great but particular stand outs for us were the Monkfish & Oysters for the starters, and the Lamb with a mint and ricotta mille feuille. Jake is a superstar. Engaging and informative service. Just top notch.

Lovely night spent at the Bull. Food was excellent and rooms (including a four poster in ours) comfortable with everything you could need. Highly recommended. Update: Another visit and The Bull just gets better and better. Fabulous food and fantastic team.
