Came on two consecutive days in August 2023, first time to meet a friend, second time with MIL who lives nearby.
On the first visit, I had the vegetable soup with a brown roll and sparkling spring water.
On the second visit, I had Apricot flapjack and mug of tea.
On both occasions, the young staff were attentive and food delivered in a timely manner.
Found this cafe through a Google search whilst on gallery deliveries in the area. After reading the reviews we decided to stop and had a great little lunch!
Amongst the offerings were a great variety of sandwich fillings - I chose to take Brie and cranberry in a toastie whilst hubby took a cheese and pickle in a bap. Both were ready in good time and served with a very pretty and delicious side salad with homemade coleslaw!
Staff were friendly and efficient and the coffee was good too! Excellent value! Thank you :)

My Partner and I stopped off for a latte the other day Sunday 25th of June. Very Friendly Staff and Service if you are sitting in you get table Service. Once my Partner had finished his latte he went off to use the Toilet. I asked 1 of the staff who was passing our table if it was possible to have mine put into a takeaway cup as I don't drink that fast the young lady said of course I followed her up to the counter with my Partners empty latte glass the lady handed me my drink & we left. Just over an hour later I realised I forgot to pay for our Lattes. I found their Telephone number & contacted them right away the lady who answered was so nice & I gave her my details & promised to come & pay them in the week & I was so apologetic. Tuesday 27th of June we got there fairly early I explained & the lady who answered my call was absolutely lovely about it we ordered 2 more Lattes but asked if we could pay all of it before we sat down. Definitely a lovely cafe with 💯 amazing staff thanks Lisa Rogers

Had not been here since before the pandemic. Varied menu with veg and a vegan stew option today. Lovely food and coffee served promptly. Bonus for us being dog friendly and she enjoyed her sausage. Will definitely be visiting again soon.
Was just passing Yelverton and fancied a bite to eat. Ordered ham cheese & pineapple toastie, well what can I say. Quality tiger bread, slice of the the size of a dinner plate and not scabby cheap ham, lovely cheddar all washed down with a cuppa. Profit margins must be small but plentiful using quality produce. Well done I will be back when in the area. Oh and very polite staff.

Good cafe food, lovely coffee and a great knowledge of gluten free dietary requirements (and an honest discussion about the difficulties of providing an allergen free meal in a catering kitchen). Will be visiting again when next in the area, thanks!

Just popped in for coffee! Good hot lattes and dog friendly too! Intrigued by a special 'Beast of Bodmin curry! Also impressed that menu prices seem to be same as 2 yrs ago!

I went to Scarlets Kitchen for lunch this afternoon as I work close by. It's a lovely place, the staff are very friendly and helpfull. For lunch I had an all day breakfast and it was delicious. All the food coming out of the kitchen looked great and If your in the Yelverton area I would highly recommend giving this place a visit.
Very friendly and amenable service- nothing too much trouble. A tasty festive bap and amazing waffles - the bacon one was sublime and the ice cream one very yummy. Great coffee too. All at good prices. Impressive.
This place is now called Scarlett's. My husband and I ducked in here because of the awful weather. My husband has been here several times as a stop off on his cycle ride. Cafe is warm, clean and pleasant. Only had a tea cake and pot of tea but our waitress was very smiley and efficient. I can see why my husband visits this place.
